Wild Apricot did an outstanding job coordinating both our 50th Anniversary celebration in 2026 and Christmas dinner function in 2023. Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring every aspect of the events was carefully planned and executed. The team was professional, friendly, and highly capable, with nothing ever being too much trouble. Their proactive approach, flexibility, and commitment to delivering a great experience made both events a tremendous success. We would highly recommend Wild Apricot to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable event management partner.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the themeing at Olivia’s birthday on Saturday night.
We are so grateful. We got lots of wonderful comments and the champagne wall was a hit.
Once again thanks and please pass on my gratitude to your team.

Wild Apricot Events created the most incredible networking event for us. The entire evening was flawlessly executed and felt so luxuriously styled - every corner was beautifully decorated with thoughtful, elegant touches. They didn’t just style the space - they curated the entire experience. The music was perfectly matched to the vibe, the food was delicious and on theme, and their creative ideas brought such a fun and unique element to the night. It truly stood out from our usual networking events, and the feedback from guests has been overwhelmingly positive. A brilliant team with exceptional vision! We would highly recommend them!

A huge thanks to you and the team for managing the theming at our event over the weekend.
The Pohutu Room looked absolutely AMAZING! It was a WOW and exactly what we wanted to ensure the room looked different than it had during the day!
Please pass on our thanks to the rest of the team – it’s been fantastic working with you and really appreciate your talent and professionalism.

Now that the dust has settled, we simply wanted to say another heartfelt thank you for your incredible support of Champagne on the Shore 2026.
As one of our presenting partners, your support played a truly significant role in bringing this event to life. From the atmosphere and experience through to the fundraising success itself, we simply could not have achieved this without you. Thank you not only for your generosity, but also for believing in the vision of Champagne on the Shore and the impact it has for RMHC families across New Zealand. We are enormously grateful to have had you alongside us.

It was a pleasure working with you and Jodie. Both Ainslee and I were extremely impressed and appreciated the professionalism, creativity, and flexibility you both demonstrated throughout the planning process and on the night itself.
The event looked fantastic and the feedback from our client and attendees was overwhelmingly positive. The room transformation exceeded expectations, and all the themed elements came together perfectly. The colourful chair covers, centrepieces, entrance styling, and overall attention to detail really helped create the fun 80s atmosphere we were aiming for.
The interactive TV photo booth was definitely a standout feature and generated a lot of engagement throughout the evening. It was great to see the dance floor was busy all night as well – it certainly felt like the guests embraced the theme and had a fantastic time. We also greatly appreciated your willingness to work with us around the venue access constraints and room flip schedule. Nothing ever seemed too difficult, and you both made the process seamless from start to finish. It was a genuine pleasure working with the Wild Apricot team, and we would not hesitate to recommend your services or work together again on future events in New Zealand.

I have worked with Deb, Penny and the team over the years and they deliver excellence each and every time! I appreciate how they get us and our people and produce the most beautiful events with different themes each year. This year was based on a mix of old Hollywood and the Oscars. Last year the theme was the Greatest Show and they designed the most beautiful lit up bar (wish I had a photo to share) and champagne wall, that turned into another photowall. The team are incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Sometimes, less really is more. For a recent incentive dinner at Te Puia, we created a bespoke centrepiece using re-purposed materials—designed to complement, not compete with, the stunning geothermal surrounds and rich cultural setting.
Our approach? Minimal styling with maximum texture. Thoughtfully curated and playful in form, each element was chosen to elevate the space while keeping the natural beauty and atmosphere centre stage.
This is what we love—bringing character, sustainability, and style together to create pieces that feel effortless and unique. Explore our range of dry hire décor and centrepieces available for your next event.
Connecting Events with Māori and Pasifika Business
At Wild Apricot, we believe the best events are built on partnerships that mean something.
For our Managing Director Deb, this one is personal. As a wāhine with Māori whakapapa, the opportunity to direct procurement toward Māori and Pasifika businesses isn't just good practice, it's something she genuinely cares about and actively champions in everything Wild Apricot does.
That's why we're proud to work alongside Amotai, Aotearoa's leading supplier diversity connector for Māori and Pasifika businesses.
